Today I made a storage bin out of this empty tea box. I decided to use some of the cardstock I got from the Art Center free bin and my washi tape and stickers.

I used my thickest washi tape to cover the seams and the top edge. I didn't really want to cover the inside of the box, so I just applied a few washi stickers to help hold down the washi tape. I was glad to find a use for one of my raised cat stickers.

I finished it off with a layer of Mod Podge. I think if I do this type of container again, I will add a bottom and cover the inside with cardstock too.

Someday soon I want to collect all the containers I've made, collage or crochet, to see how many I've made and figure out a use for every single one. I guess this one could still work as tea bag storage.
