I attempted a pattern out of my Outlander Knitting Book using some pink wool yarn and while I think I was able to follow the pattern correctly, something just feels off about how it looks on me. It’s a pretty color but doesn’t suit my skin tone and I have no idea where I would even wear it. I thought I would attempt some of the other patterns, but looking over the directions I’m like nope, that’s too difficult for me.
The second knitting attempt is a seed stitch knotted purse. It’s worked flat in two pieces with a short and long handle. The short handle loops over the long handle when closed up. Sort of a Japanese style purse.
