Today I finished my little crocheted stocking from My Little Crocheted Christmas. It was quick to work up and fun to work on. I decided to make the border around the stocking the same color as the cuff. I think it turned out quite nicely and could make a gift pouch for one of the boys' friends.

As the weather gets colder, we're seeing fewer wildlife sightings along the river walk. We did see this heron, looking rather cold and miserable. But maybe I'm just attributing my own feelings on it.

And lastly, I completed a craft using a recycled object. It was another cat food pouch box turned into a notebook holder. I used collage paper and washi tape again, but this time I also added a layer of Mod Podge to smooth the edges down and give it a more finished look. I'm a big fan of the stuff and want to use it much more often in the future. That's it for now!
